I guess I got a faulty version of this product since everyone else loves it. But several hooks had rough surfaces and 2 of my husband's ties were snagged--right on the front where it's very obvious. They're destroyed. I'm returning this, of course, but I'm out 2 ties. And this happened the very first time I tried to hang up ties. So please be careful and check that yours doesn't have rough edges that will cause snags.
